If you're interested in using a stock firmware, 0DR has been found to be quite decent in the speed department.

I've put together an easy method to get it up and running with full Java permissions, PinkMod and MpkgBox.
Also, after PinkMod installation, you won't lose the links to installed Java, as I've removed all preinstalled Java. Instead, after you've installed PinkMod, you are welcome to install the Java apps (included). Also, I've included MpkgBox with PinkMod to make it much easier (just one installation and you have both - not two installs!). This simply makes it a lot cleaner and easier - which really was the whole purpose of my efforts.

I only grouped things together and created the guide, but do not take credit for any of the applications or the full Java permission flash.
