Would you please open new category for Windows mobile based phone for Motosurf A3100 (now only Q8 and Q9)

In Q9 and Q8 category I also see some discussion without ROMS or aplication started (I'm sorry if I'm wrong)
But in here I saw many people ask and discuss about Motosurf A3100.
I just tought if we have A3100 category, it will be usefull for members who has this phone to go where if they need help or something.
