CNAP Notification problem in A3100

Hi All,
I have two Moto A3100 (mine and my wife received from different sources) and both do not receive incoming calls when "Caller ID" feature is enabled by service provider. Instead of this - small popup windows appears with caption "CNAP Notification" and silent ...
I have searched for similar situations about this problem but found only one suggestion - to disable " Caller ID" feature.
Dos somebody know solution for this? any patch / registry edits?

last two days i tried to investigate this issue, so i found that this message comes from RILGSM.DLL which is Notification proxy between radio hardware and applications (right?), so, from this point i believe that should be some registry parameter which will disable this notification window. Actually i do not understand why proxy component shows any UI messages ... looks like very bad design...
So, any ideas?
