REPORT : Motorola Gathering, Jakarta -- Sunday, 2 July '

As Admin requested via MSN, here's a report and photos of our Motorola Gathering in Jakarta, Sunday 2 July 2006, 2.00 - 7.00 pm

First of all, thank you very much for the support of all Indonesian Motorola Communities (ForumPonsel, Motolovers dot org, and Motolovers Mailing List).

We had the gathering at an Indonesian-food restaurant, named Omah Sendok (www.omahkuliner.com), at their outdoor u-shaped, pool-side gazebo. It was really nice there. It was hot, but thanks to the pool and the ceiling fans (that really work), we didn't feel the heat at all! So I guess thanks also to Mr. Wasis (Omah Sendok's owner) and to Ms. Ely (general manager).

So at about 2.30, there were already around 10 - 12 of us, with laptops, phones, chargers, cables, and of course ... cigarettes. Hehehe.







Attended the gathering is our CHIEF / HEAD-HONCHO, Mr. iQEM ... of course with his cigarette and his ... M1000!



Dessy (Cuekbebek), our "poll/survey-fairy" is also a 'photo-maniac'. While Furqon (sitting opposite to iQEM, wearing black jacket, white-shirt, and eyeglasses) is trying to be cool in front of the camera ...



See? Modders are not modders without their laptops, phones, eyeglasses, and cigarettes (small, white paper box with red logo on the table)!

Dessy, the 'photo-maniac' is really a Motorola collector, as well -- E680i, E398, T191, and V120c ...

Oh yeah ... that's right. This Motorola gathering is also really a Sony PSP gathering. These are Resva's, Tony's, and Bimo's PSPs. Admin, this pic is dedicated to you.

Amongst those pics posted by iQEM, find a guy with black jeans, wearing sandals, with greyish/brownish short sleeve, a bit chubby (just a bit! hehe), giving one thumb up ... THAT'S ME ...

If you can find me, copy-paste the pic here with red circle around my head. The prize? A pressure to Blackhawk to finish his SysInfo application ... hahaha.

Tomorrow's the last day of Indonesian Cellular Show at the Jakarta Hilton Convention Centre. Yeah, I'll see you guys again later today at 1.00 pm. I'll bring my camera again, and make some nice shots. If you're lucky, maybe you can pose for a pic or two with the gorgeous Motorola babes ... oh yeah.
