how can we increase downloading speed of torrent.??????????????

i am using u torrent......i am having only 10kbps speed...........
my connection speed is 2mbps....

1.utorrent sucks , for an immediate increase in speed switch to BitComet.
2.Slow speeds are mostly due to less number of seeds , how many seeds are there for the torrent are you downloading?

43 seeds is good enough.But then the most possible reason is the seeders have slow upload speeds .
