Help! Beer damage to my Moto SLVR!

In the most unfortunate sequence of serendipitous yet slapstick events I was rushing up the stairs yesterday with my Moto SLVR in one hand and a cool, frosty, beer in the other, and as I almost reached to the top, I tripped over the last stair and fell on the little rug carpet shag spilling the vial, foamy liquid all over myself and the phone. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Now, aside from being all funked up and smelling like a premium Belgium lager my phone powers on but does not respond to commands. Sreen is alive, the keys are dead. People call me, I see who it is, but I can't pick up!!!

I don't even care about the phone as much as I want to save the information in it. An upgrade has been long overdue anyways. (That iPhone sounds pretty intriguing - note to self, immediately quit drinking after the upgrade!)

Anyhow, back to this vegetable SLVR.

I hooked it to life-support = the mini USB cable, and went into the phone's mini memory card to pull out all the multimedia through my PC through Windows Explorer. Done!

Now, which 3rd party program(s) do I need (are the best) to be able to create a back up file with all the phone's info and which would also sync contacts with outlook?

Any links, ideas or google key search words will be extranormously appreciated.

p2k tools....all you need to get any and all files from the phone.its available on many other forums or a I can upload it if needed.
