PC Sync with Z8

I use Outlook Business Contact Manager and have a Z8 with PC Sync. The Problem is:

For conflict issues PC Sync is set to use the last edited contact, appointment, etc.

However Synchronizing this deletes all from the phone.

The only option is to use the repair function to overwrite everything on the phone.

However this means that any appointments or contact details made on the phone are lost.

Is this a known problem with the software (most recent update installed)?
