Upgrading bootloader from 03.cd

Hi guys,

To all of you who wanted to upgrade bootloader (from 03.cd for example - as particularily this one seems to be the eldest and doesn't support any F/W with USB-Lan mode people usually look for)...
So to cut a long story short - here you are!
You will also need the file attached to this post. It is actually archieved SHX file that should be flashed into the phone.
Confirmed to be working ok from a friend of mine who owns Z6.

P.S. To Admins: What if you make this post sticky so that most newbies coming to the forum instantly spot it rather than searching throughout the topics?
