removing chinese stuff from razr2 v8 luxury gold edition ?

i bought this phone from china, it was made in the UK, motorola told me it was made for people in ireland, i was just wondering if theres any way i can get rid of the chinese stuff in the phone, letters, squares for letters, stuff like that ? and make it a regular american phone, also i want to remove some games, videos and pictures already on it, can i do that too? i dont know because the phone has chinese lettering on the keypad above the regular #'s. ?thank youuuu
