newbie help got a v8 from tmobile that has err: a5,6935

hi im a newbie to all this just got a tmobile v8 which shows the following error
bootloader
a3.cc
err:a5,6935,24

battery ok
ok to program
connect usb
data cable

can anyone please guide me how to fix this or program this phone so it works
i dont need anything fancy just the phone working
