brother i will provide the service mannual shortly to you, keypad flex cable means the dome sheet where the keypad located. that dome sheet fixed just below the keypad,
you cant clean the keypad dome sheet you have to replace it , but most of the cases solved by dissassembely , clening, dusting and assemebeling perfectly,
    so give a try...

    dude forgot to mention....

dude the RED button works in usb mode..
once i tried to check the keys using radiocomm. The phone was completely charged but it was off.I connected the phone to the pc,the the keypad started blinking. The phone wouldn't get on.Then i tried switching on the phone manually by pressing the RED button, the phone got on.......i then removed the phone from usb and tried switching off the phone but the phone didn't respond.I tried it two-three times, then came to know that the red button was working in usb mode.

But when i tried checking the red button with radiocomm, the red button wouldn't respond....
is it any problem with RadioComm or the red button?
