S Blank Rainbow POG

My phone has crashed flashing when i do it with Flash&Backup 3.

After this, phone don't turn on.

I process the TestPoint operation, phone has been no turn on LCD, but it recognized as S Blank Rainbow POG at the PC (this mode turn on when i connect battary to the phone at once).

Sending ramloader, repairing PDS and writing boot image does not effect, phone is in S Blank again after reboot.

Please help, what i can do with this problem? Phone is unrecoverable? or are not?
