    Well, here is a method.
you can do all by ssh. Use putty... on windows...
    Code:
    flashcp /dev/mtdX
    /dev/mtd8 is angstrom jffs2 rootfs.
    /dev/mtd9 is qtopia jffs2 image.

Don't flash the others mtd partitons, except the kernel (mtd7), if you want...on linux (see muromec's help on sdhc development thread.

Note that if all improvements were well tested and approved, it's also quite dangerous to flash this way!
You know, the team s creating new sbf files very fast, so you can also wait...

I think I'll wait till they have a more finger friendly keyboard(similar to the default a1200 or numeric keypad with T9 like SUI). That's great it supports an 8g SDHC, I'm still trying to get my WinMo device to read more than just 4g of my 8g SDHC card

From previous build, I noticed that the media player does not cope well with compressed music file(72kps mp3). Do Qtopia still does that? I thought A2DP is easy to implement, but I guess not...

really you don`t need to boot kernel independantly, you can just ssh to working phone

    qtopia-ezx-4.3.4-06.03.09_test.sbf.bz2

is this the latest build everyone is using? Just wondering why it has the _test in it...

obviously because it's a test version.. you should try the latest non-test version as it's stable

    Really?
i live in the desert and i can use the PDA part when i'm not able to reach the network...
I though it had been solved?
Or maybe it's the reception quality that have been enhanced, so the phone is able to reach the network for some seconds??

Click on the menu icon, even if there is writen "locked" or "unlock" in a windows...
At least it's what i do everytime i power up the phone...
