Is it necessary to flash with "flash after qtopia" after flashing with the latest one, qtopia-ezx-4.3.4_sdhc-30.04.09 ? I am having problems with network on my e6 with this one.
any ideas?

Yes, there is an E6-specific sdhc kernel, you should need to flash it either.

Where is that kernel piece?
i flashed first with rc1, followed by that "flash after qtopia" file, it was not working at all, i was able to boot the phone but it used to hang a lot and it was not able to find the simcard.
Then I tried qtopia-ezx-4.3.4_sdhc-30.04.09, flashed it and it was working fine, detected my sim card, working in all it's glory as reported by all other people here.
But I found out that I was unable to make any call, neither was I able to receive any.
In fact no network-specific feature was accessible, like search for operator, call waiting, etc.
So I flashed "flash after Qtopia". After that the phone was not booting at all.
So I reflashed with qtopia-ezx-4.3.4_sdhc-30.04.09.
Same condition again, but this time i noticed that while flashing RSDLite was not showing "flashing CG41" message.
Is there something wrong or i am missing something here?

I dunno... Qtopia on E6, SDHC support, is experimental, so it will work, but maybe not for now...
The kernel i was referring was this one:

Try to flash it in place of your actual kernel, to do so, follow that :

Guys this guide works only for the E6 or also for A1200?

dude read the first post the guide is for both e6 and A1200 but in case of e6 u have to flash with the kernel patch "flash after qtopia" to make the mmc work and in a1200 u did not have to flash with the kernel patch
