yes, i know now i've flashed about 15 minutes ago... and it's working. Working quite good. Speed is maybe not impressive, but mostly satisfying. Camera isn't working, bletooth is, but U ahve to enable it in devtools. In Poland had no problem with logging to ORANGE. sms messaging - works, i am able to call. Will see what about the battery life. Can't install java files, don't know why yet, but i will find out. Don't know howto install qtopia apps (and if there are any of them ) - will see. I will test this OS.
And thank You - i was waitning for something like this

ok, now my phone isn't recognized by windows - can't upload any files to it
in linux ive got new device usb0 - zaurus

how can i upload files to my phone? hmmm...any ideas?

I don't get it my self i downloaded the firmware from the firmware folder take off that .bzz or what ever extension an Rsd lite shuts down. Something is not wright.

For all who want to flash: when i flash default language was russian. to change it to english you have to enter the menu (big, green Q in the main screen) >> Settings (lower left) >> language (an icon with a comic sign with "?!" >> choose english.

Qtopia is quite stable, fun and suprisingly fast...but...battery life is hmmm...poor ? or maybe my battery is old, bu when i've charged my phone through USB (devtools >> usb charge) through the nigh the phone eaten almost half of battery....not good.

could You provide working link for qtopia desktop? maybe i' m dumb, but i can't find working one. Trolltech site doesn't have this, and on qtopia wiki is link to trolltech ftp which is offline.
