V400 IMEI error

I just recovered a phone from the dead, and I cannot turn it on. With I power it up, the keypad flashes and the dies. It does into the bootloader fine, but thats about it. In Radiocomm, when I try to get the IMEI, it just says "error!". Is there any way to fix this?

Try to reflash it...
And try do it using RSD Lite... sometimes RSD Lite works well on P2K based phone.
