I have some goals for this project. Read the following list if you're interested:

Port OpenMoko framework to the Motorola EZX phones. This includes making the Motorola TS07.10 vendor specifiec stuff ready for the new kernel infrastructure and getting the GUI ready for 240x320 and looking foreward into dialpad only handling. A lot work and a lot fun. I hope we have something nice in Q3 2007.

Damn... I love this design!!! I hope it'll be ported to the A780 and other Linux Moto's. And I hope it will not lose anything due to a lower screen resolution.

It shows Sean Moss-Pultz and Dr. Michael Lauer (congratulation) on a talk about OpenMoko and NEO1973.

This talk will shed light on the reasons for OpenMoko and explain the ideas behind it.
Tell more about how its implementation, the architecture and the tools that have been chosen. Further background on the future of the projects and the related dreams will be given, and also the community involvement will be presented. This of course includes the way how the OpenMoko projects sees the community and how it hopes normal people and developers alike will get involved. After all the real power emerges from the interaction of all the users of "freed phones."
