Wiki page for Getting Started with OpenEZX

Hi all,

I've been learning a bit about all this recently, and so I've put together a bunch of information that I've been told here, in IRC and in Goxbxlive's howtos into a wiki page. It's not finished, but I wanted to tell people it was started so there wasn't duplication of effort.

I still plan to add a section about getting the networking going...

I notice that someone seems to be preparing an RC - maybe we could aim to finish the How To by the release date of that?

I edited it for reflect the actual situation, you probably know it changed with some big progress!
