In India its Rs 20000 thats a little less than 500USD, a bit expensive. Also I spoke to the distributor who is located about 2000kms away, they dont have a local distributor .

the functionality is hardly dependent on the rootfs/firmware you use.
i can make calls, messages, hear music, web browsing, PIM, video not tested so far.
it is at the moment not comparable to our Motorolas.
don't expect a working smartphone at this stage, the enduser device will come later this year.

Still working on that,my dogg had some pups so i will be getting one in about two weeks.

I do use linux unbuntu which i really like,it will be fun to work with linux on the freerunner.
