Can someone build Ubuntu Theme?

I have just install Ubuntu 7.04 on my laptop, find the pretty Human Theme in used by ubuntu !

Can some one build Human Theme for our phone?

I hope someone will build the theme , Human for E680i!

most of icon is ubuntu use SVG image. this is hard to create icons GIF in photoshop coz photoshop cannot open svg file.

for svg files you can use inkscape. http://www.inkscape.org/
it is available for Linux, Mac and one other i cant remember.

it would be great if someone could build a ubuntu theme! that wpuld be very very fine! so please can anyone build it?
