Vista Inspirat Theme v.1.0 (E680i)

Well, this is my first theme....its based on the Windows Vista Inspirat iconset...

Version 1.0 of this theme....fully functional theme...future versions, if any, will contain minor add-ons or changes...

I've limited the number of icons I've changed so as to keep the iconres.ezx file just around 400KB....

I've uploaded 3 versions of this theme
1) System Memory version - installed in ezxlocal memory - do not use this if you have any other themes installed in ezxlocal
2) Phone Memory version - installed in the phone memory (diska) - do not connect to the computer in USB Mass Storage mode when this theme is active, will cause the phone to hang-up
3) SD-MMC Memory version - installed in the SD/MMC memory (mmc/mmca1) - do not connect to the computer in USB Mass Storage mode when this theme is active, will cause the phone to hang-up

Looks good Sandman! Is there any way to get the icons to be transparent instead of having the white background?

Exactly the graphics changes I'm workin on....

The problem so far is, most icons come with a small shadow...so there are small cosmetic (graphics) flaws when the images are put without a background......

i'll b waiting for upcoming version. also i wish the coming version in both packages(ezxlocal and phone mem). looks nice...

i like the plain top bar. can u edit the buttons so that there is no visible difference... i mean can u display like they are placed on a seemless background? it looks like u tried the same idea but a very minimal edges of buttons can still be noticed. i am not sure if you designed it this way intentionally...

overall, its a NICE theme...

Re-designed top-bar buttons...no visible border between two buttons

I am a new Motorola E680i User and new to Linux too.

I have seem that even after installing the themes the wallpaper doesnt change in my phone. Any solutions?

Open the image file, click on the menu button (lower-left corner) and then click Set to Wallpaper
