    You should create anything.phm file and write following code
    [THEME_CONFIG_TABLE]
    PowerOffScreen = off.gif
    PowerOnScreen = on.gif



    And then open with earkins splash installer......
    one more thing u have to keep all files in same foldr

    DUDE u can simply use autorun folder just put the on and off gif picture inb autorun>animation> on.gif and off.gif
