theme problem

i'am making a theme but the problem that i'am facing u can see in the pic, i have just started and i wanted to see my GNB icons so i also just replace some menu icons but here is the problem.

can any one tell me what's wrong with these icons,

it had shadows but i used PAIN.NET and remove it with ERASER and while saving the TRANSPARENCY and DITHERING both '0'

and can any one tell me what is the name of this in .pskn file

Definitely looks non transparent. I would try playin around with it again. Also. make sure you are saving the file as gif,, instead of saving as jpeg and renaming to gif.
The part you highlighted are icons. If ou're talking about the background, thats in the .skn file, on the right upper corner

I already see the problem those icons are not transparent they have white backgrounds i checked them out. The bar on top is not in the .pskn it i the .skn. Be careful with the .skn if this is your first time working on themes.

this is my first time that i'am trying to make a theme.

and plz tell me where is the sbar icon in .skn file

I have many icons but the problem is that 12 to 15 icons are in one image and have shadows, so i croped and used PAIN.NET to erase the shadow but still not working, so please help me with icons, how to make it transparent.

I have PHOTOBRUSH, PAINT.NET and ACD Photo Editor for editing my icons is there any way to make icons transparent using these editor, and i'am trying to get PHOTOSHOP.
