stuck in boot screen

hi bro,i'm newbies here.i want to ask 4 ur help.my e680i get stuck in boot screen after install few theme.when i connect to my laptop,juz show usb change into storage mod,but nothing shows up.some fren tell me to flash my phone,but i x know how to do it.i reall hope u can solve my pros.

Put your phone in bootloader and reflash the handset.
The boot files were corrupted.

When flashing make sure the only program running is rsd.
RSD lite sucks for high end motorola's.
