How to install Skin installer

Hi, i have Motorockr E6, like to have new skins installed on my phone. But really don't know how to do so...

Pls. anyone can help me as i go through the thread, it says install mpkg installer & busybox first.

Could anyone tell me where to find busybox and pls tell me steps to install my first theme on my E6...
