how do u get the on & off aminations to work? i installed using eakrin's installer.

u nee to have eakrins splash installer and a .phm file...just edit ur .phm file with wordpad and in there, type/edit the name of your on and off gif files...
for minimum confusion, name the startup/shutdown files as on.gif and off.gif and place all 3 files in the same location...then hold on the .phm file with the stylus and open with splash..this should do the trick....

im uploading my .phm file just for reference (rename to alien.phm)....edit it to suit ur gif name

to install the skin,hold the stylus on the .pskn file and open with "skins" in the menu....for installing the startup/shut down screens, open the .phm file with "splash"...
make sure u have the skin installer and splash installer installed in the first place...lol
