Hi everyone. I am having a serious problem with my z8. The phone only keeps restarting and blinking various colours. The phone also is not charging the battery. Can some one offer some assistance????please...someone suggested a hard reset but how do i do that?????please help

Download Firmware Z8 - Firmware & Flex Z3 Z6 Z8 Z9 Z10

Go to this web, it in italian, but just use it....

1. download motorola driver P2k 2.9.0.0, install it.

2. download rsd lite, install it.

3. download one of the flash firmware

4. at the waiting for usb screen in ur Z8, connect ur phone to PC

5. open RSD lite.

6. select firmware file u downloaded and flash ur phone.

This should help. i had same problem phone restarting all the time last week, problem solved by re flashing the firmware.

BTW, i tried only firmware ESPOO_U_46.05.53G at the website, it is working. but later i flash another firmware from hongkong due to i need chinese support. maybe you can try other firmware too.
