there is no way of taking a complete backup of the existing firmware.
you can however use the stock firmwares available if you intend to go back

Help with Dump my firmware???
I know how I re-flash my phone with new firmware (i was done it). But if I want to make a backup of my current firmware what could I do?
Any idea?
