Moto Z10 and PcSync

Hi, i bought my Z10 just yersterday and i really want to get it hooked up and working. installed drivers and software etc. And when i connect it it just shows up as unknown device in device manager. I have tried uninstalling drivers, but when it installs again, it installs microsoft drivers

Where can i find the drivers for the Z10, so when i go to "update driver" in device manager i can successfully install them?
