How to Unlock RAZR2 V9

UPDATE **** :

Phone has been flashed to Rogers so it should now be locked to ROGERS I inserted Fido sim card , then I used the unlocker Fido sim card worked , but hte phone is now locked to Fido , seems the unlocker did NOT totally unlock the phone !
