So I've got a pair of Motorola A845's that I haven't been able to use since the first week of November 2005 when Cingular turned on the HSPDA. The phones will run for about 30 minutes, basically until their batteries are exhausted. If I try and make phone calls they are never connected. I can access mMode.

Cingular promised me, and their other 3G customers, new phones last November. But alas here it is nearly May and still no new phone. Calls to 611 just result in them telling me they have no clue.

What I'm wondering is, is there new firmware I can flash into these phones to make them useful again? I ask Cingular and all they say is "We don't upgrade firmware sir."

I have a motorola A835 that is dead and i'm looking for English flash and flex files and any other programs i can use to use to revive it.. i wud appreciate ur help..thanx alot...it all happened by restarting on its own then i took it to be worked on and it was upgraded then it worked for a day then wen i was transferring my phone book back to my phone using mobile Phone tools and it just blacked out..and has not worked since then..they have tried to work on it..it flashes but doesnt write...wat can i do..any help wud be appreciated..thanx in advance

Hey all!

Im in MALAYSIA and using Motorola A835 but the problem now is where do i get/buy its battery? The power of this battery getting low and weak day by day..This model not selling in MALAYSIA. Its a present from my friend that came back from UK last year.
Do u have any idea where i can get a new one?
