Motorola Milestone & Radiocomm 11.9.0

Hi guys!.
I recently managed to install Radiocomm 11.9.0. The problem I have now is that I can't boot my Milestone in FTM mode.
I tried the following:
Holding the T key while holding down the power button.
Holding the T key while connecting the usb cable to the PC until the phone until it finish to power on.
Nothing worked.
Maybe I must press another key to set the Milestone in FTM mode?.

Nevermind, I just wanted the program to recognize my Milestone.
I heard that you can enter a unlimited amount of subsidy codes with Radiocomm. Just wanted to play a bit with it.
My phone its not subsidy locked yet, I have 3 more tries.
Do you know if there's any way to remove at least the network validation, to use the phone with any sim?.
I can't buy unlock codes, because the carrier (Personal) alters the phone codes.

ah you bought your phone in South America ?
if you tell me what FTM is might be able to found how for you .

I also remembe finding something on the net that woudl allow you to revert back form subsidy lock mode . (so you get 3 times again ) it involves flashing the phone ,I can dig into i if you want but I found it usin google ..

Here's the page that mentions the FTM mode. I had to use a google cache since the page seems to be offline.
Do you know if I can unlock a Brazilian Milestone, subsidy locked to Personal, by flashing it or something like that?. The subsidy codes are impossible to get, only Personal has them, and they charge you around 900 U$S for the code.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I tried to find the procedure you mentioned, but couldn't find much.
