how to install this, you need to modify your platform.xml file in /system/etc/permissions to include the line:
<library name="com.motorola.aui" file="/system/framework/com.motorola.aui.jar"/>

Then add com.motorola.aui.jar from the zip file to /system/framework.

Finally, push MediaGallery.apk to /system/app and you're done.

This version fixes the crashing issues that were reported previously. The (i) is safe to click on, but I'd stay away from anything that mentions tagging things.
