How to create Theme for A780/E680i on Windows (Complete)

Well, let's say I want to create my own theme on the basis of those standard themes included in firmware. What I do? I copy diska, find the iconres.ezx, unpack it with 7-zip and Skin&Icon Packager by one of those guys (earkin, I guess?) who really rock the e680i, and what I get? First, I get a folder named icons with 1374 gif-files, which altogether make e680i the way we see it, and four files named and content as listed below:

• block.txt. It's content is:
  

  note size = 2
  startblockoffset = 29680
  idtableoffset = 26
  nhashtableentries = 1374
  hashtableoffset = 29700
  dataoffset = 46188

• hash.txt, in which gif-files names are listed with 3 numbers, like in a fragment below:
  

  1370, IE_Eicon_Red_lips.g, 29471139, 29564, 2437905
  1371, Cam_Bright_Feature_A.g, 213280722, 29584, 2438120
  1372, GNBCam_MsgCenter_B.g, 65090910, 29607, 2442471
  1373, Predictive_Input_TAPCaps.g, 4029198214, 29628, 2444837
  1374, MessCe_Attach_Vnote_B.g, 451307406, 29655, 2444964

• header.dat with just one line of text:

  motoskin
  v1.00

• And an empty file named note.txt

Questions:
Are these files being created by PackSkin.pl as I pack iconres.ezx or should I modify them before I pack the iconres.ezx? If answer is the latter, is it possible to make it by a script? Where do I get the values?

you do not do anything another that I post in article. those file are generate with upackIconres.pl and some file use to packIconres to repack iconres.ezx file.

i'm newbie!! I have a question about create theme on e680i...
I try to create theme by unpack iconres.ezx of some theme to modify... but when I re-pack it and install on my mobile: symbol keyboard, mouse wait has change to default.. I don't know why???
please help my to fix that problem!!! thanks
