Your post was moved here so everyone can talk about creating themes an how to make edits to themes here. You need activeperl on your computer in order to extract the iconres.

Do a search online for ActivePerl Package Manager an it should come wright up. This is the link for the unpackagers but you need activeperl first.

No need of active perl.
Just use ezxcodec. It is very simple to use (Windows environment).:
