Thanks for the settings but after trying that program so many times it doesn't seem to work.

It will either:

1. Dump a few kilobytes video file
2. Say "processed 0, succeded 0, failed 0"
3. Stop encoding 1/4 in and dump the video file

Any idea whats happening g4m3rz?

1,3 - most probaly problem with the actual movie.. does it skip while playing??( thats when it happened to me)

2. u cant convert the same file without adding it again. (thats what my observation is)so remove the file add it again and then try

@James i only convert dvd rips and use the settings i'v showed.. no tricks

None of the dvd-rips I own have skips in them. Thanks for your help though, I tried:S.

One final question, what tool and format do you use for the initial DVD rip?

try some other converter.. (xilisoft or the one that comes with our fone).

@James.. I have mostly rmvb movies (already compressed) which i further convert to a resolution & FPS compatible with ming

i have converted 2-3 AVI movies too, didnt have any problem with them either

@ El negro the main reason i use RS is that it gives me the fastest upload.. MY isp also gives me a very small window during which my bandwidth is'nt billed [] so i am downloading and uploading at the same time.. also since most movies are under 100 mb u dont have to wait an hour just to see one movie..
