pc engine was the name of the console, like sega genesis or super nintendo, so you can play pc engine games.

PC engine was also known as turbografx-16 if I'm not mistaken.

Can this play the cd games as well? and what kind of format (any game, not just the cd ones) do they have to be in?

why i cant play another PCE-cd games.i try to open the hcd file from your dracula and i copy the txt format and change the mp3 files
ex:

dracula-01.mp3

my game is price of persia

Track-o1.mp3

until to the last file

what should i do to anable to play some other game

the HCD is unique and is differnt for every game, just like cue sheet
