Pls Help: Ubuntu

I Want To Install Ubuntu within windows. i have only c: and d: drive. will i be able to use my computer normally after this?
D: has no free spce, bt c: has a lot but being system dixk. running vista and d running 7

You need to create a third partition through c: using a partition s/w like Partition Magic.
Then using live cd select the new partition to install ubuntu.

But there is a new feature in Ubuntu, in which u can install like any other app within windows

yet--do you call "that" Linux?
