The ideal format for exchanging videos

Hi Guys,
This is a very good forum. I am a proud owner of the E6 and I have a few questions. I have lots of interesting videos and I would like to share it with my friends some of whom own the E6. I would like to know what is the best format I should convert it to before sharing ? Should it be 3GP or MP4 ? And if so what should be the bitrate and fps and things like that so that it plays on all types of phones , not just the E6 ?

It should be in rmvb format. That is way better than 3gp format. And awesome sound and video clarity also. Mail me @ khajster@gmail.com and I will tell you how you can convert movies to rmvb format using easy real media producer. -Khaja
