Which phone is better motorola e6 or a810?

Hi guys i looking for a budget touchscreen phone, i have finalled motorola e6 and newly launched a810. Kindly suggest me whether both are smart phones and support ms office files. Does the both support m.youtube.com videos like the nokia nseries do. Is the software in both the mobile the same? Please List the different application available in both phone.

hey u have lot of applications for E6 and the difference between the price of both the phone is just Rs.2000
but i would suggest E6 because i feel very lucky that i have this phone.
Moreover i have 75 extra applications that i have installed other than the default applications.
