[Theme] MonoChrome 1.0 [ADP1/RC30]

Hey all.

This is MonoChrome - my first and only Android theme up to date. It's ADP1 and RC30 compatible. No RC8 as of yet, sorry.

I created this theme for two reasons, first of all because I wanted to learn how to make themes for Android, and secondly I wanted a sleek and stylish theme that is low-key and less "wild" than most themes out there, and I think it turned out ok, at least for a first try.
