i've only had this phone for about 3 months. EVerything works excellent. i'm jus looking for a phone with wifi now. Phone comes with everything packaged in the orginal box: charger, 2 picks, headset, battery, usb cable. my battery is really great so far. i charge it every other day and play lots of music and talk a lot on the phone. Again, my only complaint is that it has no wifi. other than that, this is an excellent phone. I get compliments on it all the time. Picture quality is great!
