Advice needed regarding flashing

Hi, Motomaster & all Motorolafans. I have a ROKR E6 & its firmware versin is R533_G_11.12.10p. I have decided to flash my handset as it is boring to use it without themes and pkg applications. So, I would request you to suggest me the best ideal firmware for successful flashing in the very first attempt so that my ROKR really becomes rocking. If possible, plz provide me the link also.

FOR FLASHING 08P IS BEST.
BUT YOU WANT THEN FLASH WITH NIKS BLACK DIMOND.
& NEXT TIME SEARCH THREADS LIKE THIS.
DONT CREATE NEW THREADS.

Sorry bro, will take care next time & thanx for the reply. I have a few questions
1: As you said that for flashing 08p is the best. So does it support pkg installation & themes & will the Service centre guys do the flashing process for me & at what cost. (Staying in Pune).

2: You suggested to flash with Niks black diamond, but which version old or new plz clarify.

1.service centre guys flash but i think they will flash with new 22p which does not support pkg.
& flash only if it not starting or like things.
THEY FLASH ONLY GENERIC F/W.
flash your own only take 15 to 20 minutes.

ya 08p supports all the stuff
2.about niks f/w new 1.2 is best.
