EZXCodec - editing of EZX-based cellphones' firmware in Windows environment

but i tried flashing my phone to my customized firmware,but it failed to flash.
then i flashed my E6 to .08p generic
i am still running on .08p

What did you edit? While compiling, did you get any errors?

i just edited the folder which was told to be edited.....
there were no errors during compilation....
moreover i didnt edit any file,i was just doing the basic things,such as adding ringtones,wallpapers.

.....and i also added the update files which were given in the user's guide
