BP is lte2 neptune, there are surely a lot of hacks on it! For example, look at what modders did to the V3i, all these phone where only using the same lte2 as in Ezx's but as their main processor...
You can hack these files, it is maybe a filesystem, i dunno, i would personaly not mess too much with that, and only binary hack a few change at some personal datas (called "pds") , with a backup file you can try to use some data carving tools, metadata parsers, etc, but you may have to know what you are searching at... or just the "string" command in linux to see readable content.. some hex editors can do that too.

Remember, the BP codegroups are digitaly signed, and i suppose you will brick your phone if you edit these... ( i'd bet some un-erasable memory contain the signature, and the code to check it?).

But i want to know how these processor make handshake because I'm going to make reject key for my phone and i need this information! i'm aware of the problems that maybe made but all off them have their solutions!

I am more use to call handshake ( wich is a vague term i aggree ) as the AP-BP communication at early boot... If handshake is ok, then the BP is active and it stop its security watchdog ( if handsdhake is bad the watchdog power off the phone after one minut).
moto firmware is not opensource, but i guess you can hack for it, strace and extract every commands ap send to bp, there are ways to send AT commands, sending them to the mux virtual device(s) /dev/mux** on EZX. This is the way to talk to bp on ezx.
Qtopia team rewrote all userspace softwares, so they use their "motod" program to talk to bp (afaik), Openezx used "ezxd" at early boot for the handshake, too...
