Having Problems installing Neo Package

I have the neo package Rhizod's package system for E680i/E680 (the neo-installer)(2_neo_c). I followed the instuctions until it saids "To install an application: click on a neo '.jar' file and install it as you
would other programs on your phone. " But there wasent no .jar file. I have linloader working but when i click install-neo.lin it doesnt do anything

Put install-neo.lin and unzip files in phone folder.
Open install-neo.lin with linloader.
A file called startup will appear in your phone folder.
Restart your phone and tap the startup file once. Do it every you reboot phone.
Install a neo application as VBA_Neo.jar, mp3player_neo.jar,...
Tap the application icon once, restart phone. After that dont forget to tap the start file.
Your neo application will work properly.
