I am just wondering when you use browswer is there somehow you can read it horizontally not perpendiculary so that you can read the web perfectly. or is there any software allow u to do that?

Yes, in the past, where we use piscel to surf. No longer available for opera

you can't
there was a letter from picsel asking the forum to stop its distribution, so you just have to be satisfied with the picsel viewer, not browser
