Motorola Bluetooth Headset HT820 need firmware upgrade.

[u:b3a3c355d4][b:b3a3c355d4]I did called the service centre about my E680i ,the problem is that when listening to music using the HT820 bluetooth headset.The songs play but stop for few seconds and continue.Same goes to the other of the songs.I tried changing other sd card.Goes the same.The phone,i put it in my pocket.They said within 10 mtrs away from your phone with no blockage u can listen to the headset.They did tell me that i need to send my phone & the HT820 headset to check weather it is tally.The funny thing is that the Bluetooth Headset HT820 also need to upgrade the firmware. Is it true?
Anyone face the problem as mine? Could anyone help me solve this problem?Thanks.

never heard of a similar problem
but it is possible to upgrade the firmware on the headset I think (after all, you can upgrade the firmware of many devices, including bluetooth dongles, changes them from bluetooth 1.1 to 1.2, as long as there is a new firmware).

i just upgrade the firmware a week ago.Not the bluetooth headset.It takes 2 days just to upgrade.Damn.. the service centre take their sweet time doing it.Even the queue number,me waited 1hr 30min.Poor service..I began fed-up going there.Wasted my precious time.Is there any firmware downloads for HT820 bluetooth headset?I prefer do it myself rather than sending to the service centre.

just want to confirm that I have been experiencing the same problem with jingaro. not sure if this slightlly muting thing really requires firmware upgrade or just my poor BT adapter because my HT820 was working fine without this problem before until recently. anyhow, it would be nice if someone could find the root cause and get a way to fix this annoying mute.

FYI, I bought my "made-in china" e680i about 10 months ago and HT-820 camw with the package (of course). this is just in case if there was a possible coincidence on manufacturing problem...

although I said it's theoretically possible I don't know if it's actually doable.
I don't know if there's a firmware available or the procedure for flashing it.
IF there is a new firmware available it's quite possible that only motorola can update it.

i had the same problem. only that i use other bluetooth headsets from itech. i just refashed my phone and it works just perfect now! no more distorbing sound. just do wat dis guy says:"http://www.motorolafans.com/index.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=2924" it will be perfect belive me
