memory full

I've been messing up with this prob for days: once I opened "Setup" (/SYSqtapp/systemsetup), often my memory went crazy---it started to climb.

I've already used another cg36 (setup), yet the problem does still exist.
any idea what thing does go wrong with my phone?
anyone's ever encountered the same prob?

Seems like My E680i Original With C5.AAP FW too.. whatever i do like setup, change wallpaper etc it's goes to "Memory Full" or "Flash Memory is Full", cuz i'm so so noobie i can't flash my E680i yet.... any idea ???

what memory encountered a problem? system (ezxlocal memory) or phone (RAM)?
if system try removing user installed themes and avoid installing themes the uses ezxlocal memory.

if phone, try swap application. try my autoswap application.

#I do only have preloaded themes from cg35 I compiled myself
it's RAM (it's mounted linearly on Intel StrataFlash L18, isn't it?)

the day before yesterday--it has already begun to work, after I put my phone in freezer for 2 days Looks like it's real h/w issue
oh, God--my phone seems to be soon "retiring"
