playing videos HELP

hey guys, just bought the phone and im really confused on how to use it. how do i play videos on the phone? are there any good programs taht you guys suggest? also how do i delete things on my phone that i no longer want? thank you so much everyone

RealPlayer can play .mp4 and .3gp video files....you can also play .mpg, .avi, .mov and .wmv formats useing ePlayer 1.4 (search the forum 4 details)

To delete a file, tap it....keep it tapped for a couple o'seconds and a popup menu appears with options (kinda like right-click on Windows)
